God... I can't beleive how damn long this took me. Perhaps because I procrastinated so much or having little artistic inspiration. Whatever... I must say that this DID NOT come out nearly how I wanted it to. -__- I still have problems plotting the right spots where the light will hit and stuff. Crap... so therefore, this piece is flawed in a lot of places.
Well... I guess I should point out that some parts of its body aren't really suppposed to follow regular lighting rules. It was kind of hard to blend the color while shading it at the same time. It looks all right now... I suppose. And I still have problems shading large areas. Crap... Well... at least I'll be able to learn from this. The lightning was kind of fun. I wanted to make it look more realistic. I dont' think I accomplished that well though. Ehh... Overall... I suppose, it looks DECENT. I feel kind of bad since I know I probably could've done a much better job. Well... enjoy. I'll try to keep a steady flow of deviations coming now. My artistic spirit is SLOWLY coming back to me. Yay. |

Some parts of the wings to me should be a bit more smother since there's these bumps and stuffs and... yeah >>;
The lightning kind of looks to thick to me :/ Next time try to make it thinner. I know people are pretty much screwed when they get hit by lightning, but get hit by that lightning... it's gonna blast you to hell man @_@
I still think with fire you should use the liquify >>;
You already know about the shading, so I'll skip that...
It kind of seems that you got a bit lazy with the clouds or something... it sort of looks like a white smoke almost o.o
And... that's about it... I think... Okay, back to my RPG game...

Eh, Pokemon Crater. I decided to try this thing out...
YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW SLOW IT IS...
Even with high speed internet it takes forever to load one page... and it's very confusing... all the attacks that aren't supposed to cause damage cause damage and it's just confusing me X_x;
And I found a fire type pokemon in the water.
How messed up is that?
But at least I got most of my favorite Pokemon off it (God, Eevees are everywhere... and so are the starter pokemon)
I guess it's an okay RPG when your bored and waiting for long updates, but I don't really like it...
